We start with SHED, clearing your body from the inside out. For 21-days we eliminate known gut disrupters such as gluten, soy, corn, legumes, processed foods, refined sugars and alcohol. Through a gentle whole foods diet we allow your system a break from those hard to digest inflammatory foods. You will also be guided through an internal practice of shedding thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you as well as activities such as cleaning out your closet, junk drawers, cleaning supplies and toiletries.
Once our systems have re-set, its time to NOURISH. We spend this part of the program gently adding whole foods back into the diet, taking time to observe our reactions to the foods we re-introduce. This is an important step that many popular programs miss. It’s also the key ingredient for that lasting change we desire.
Throughout NOURISH we will discuss supplements to support your particular needs as well as participate in nourishing activities and self-care acts.
Its time to BALANCE.

BALANCE is all about finding the fine line between your old self and new ways of living. Many of us have all the tools we need to be healthy, but find it a challenge to implement and follow through. There are no diet restrictions in this part of the program, so you have the chance to use what you’ve learned with room to enjoy the finer things in life.
This is an important phase, because let’s face it, changing our behaviors is not an easy task. Your friends, family, co-workers and significant others are used to you being and acting a certain way. Learning to balance the old you and the new healthier version of you is something to be explored with the guidance of a coach and a group of your peers.
Its time to THRIVE.
These next few weeks are designed to tie up any loose ends. We have covered a lot of ground and chances are you still have some questions and practices that need refining. This is the chance for you to have a trial run on your own before the program comes to an end. The transition back to regular life is just as important as any other part of the program.
You will be asked to get involved with your community, as well as to accomplish a personal goal you set at the beginning of the program…
Thrive is a total re-set for your body, mind and soul.
