I offer private, customized Pilates and Yoga sessions in the comfort of your home, my studio or space of your choice. Every session will be designed with your health and fitness goals in mind along with correctional exercises to address imbalances in the body. As with all things, I take a holistic approach to our session as well.
We will spend time calming the nervous system and nurturing tight places of the body through stretch or Myofascial release, working out for strength and endurance and also incorporate exercises to address imbalance and habitual compensatory patterns.
